Order inforamtion as below:

Cancellation/Modification of the order will not be accepted after the order is placed, such as changing the delivery method, purchased products, and orders, etc.,will not be accepted.

After placing the order and completing the payment, please check whether the registered email address has received the order notification from us.

If you have not received the order notification email, please contact our customer service to arrange to resend it.

If you choose to self-pick up the goods, please contact customer service.

The self-pick up order is vailed for one month, and if order is not picked up within one month, it will be regarded as an abandoned order, and we will automatically cancel the order without any notice and refund.

Pre-order: after the notice of delivery, it is valid for one month. Failure to pick up the order within one month will be regarded as an abandoned order. We will automatically cancel the order without any notice and refund.

All products may be box damaged during transprotation. For customers who are concerned about packing, please consider carefully before pre-ordering.

Montra Sense HK has the right to refuse to replace the product has any breakage, wear, dents or other similarconditons, but does not affect the quality of the product itself.

All pre-ordered products are ordered by Montra Sense HK from the manufacturer according to your order, so we cannot accept, returns, exchanges or cancellations after your pre-ordered product.

The delivery time of pre-ordered productds depends on the product brand, and the actual arrival date depends on the product brand/ manufacturer's delivery time and logistics speed.

-some pre-order products have the opportunity to be extended to three months.

-considerable customers, please purchase carefully before placing the order.

The estimated arrival date of the product is only an estimate. The actual arrival date involves variours factors. It may be difficult to estimate the arrival date.  The reason of order delay cannot be accepted for canncellation of the order to return the product.

Opened products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Defective electric diffusers with the original receipt may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase (Damage made by human factors are not included).

In the unlikely event of an allergic reaction when using the product of Montra Sense, please discontinue use immediately and consult with your medical professional.

All natural essential oils sold by Montra Sense HK are for external use only, not for internal consumption.

Aromatherapy oil is a hand made product, the color may vary.

Montra Sense HK reserves the final right to suspend, modify or terminate any of the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of Montra Sense HK shall be final.
